Data and purpose
What information is used in the application?
The name you write for the participation application is soyd, title, institution, engagement profile, sector, country, e-mail and message; it is used to evaluate your request, respond to the relevant working area and to maintain communication. The form information on the home page transfers to an email draft; the form data is not transmitted to us through this site unless you send the email. The search results are calculated in your browser. The query at the call page can be included in the technical records of the hosting infrastructure when you open the link.

How to process?
We get information in electronic environment via email you send. Evaluation and response of your request is addressed under the processing requirement of legitimate interest in the Law No. 6698 on 5/2-f. If it requires the nature of communication, the establishment or protection of the contract under 5/2-c may be subject to the facility, use or protection of the rights under the contract and 5/2-e. Share the necessary information only for the purpose of contact; do not add sensitive personal data to the message field.
Transfer and storage
Who is shared?
Messages may be technically e-mail and hosting service providers from their systems; when necessary, they are shared with the authorized Mobility Alliance team to answer your request. Third parties are not intended to transfer to marketing purposes. The duration of storage is limited to the time required by communication and possible legal obligations. When the service providers and overseas transfer conditions are confirmed, this text will be updated.
