We connect people, organisations and ideas to make everyday journeys more accessible, connected and sustainable. Shared questions become the starting point for research and practical work.
Why Mobility Alliance
Transportation, energy, payment, security and city infrastructure in a trip works together. One of these links is the passenger also feels the service provider.
Mobility Alliance has to address these problems with the knowledge of different parties. We want to bring user experience with industry expertise; to turn partner priorities into research, pilot and recommendations.
Building its product, Spark Connect saw these gaps firsthand. It initiated Mobility Alliance to examine shared questions with the wider sector. Why Spark founded the initiative ↗

How we work
We aim to identify shared problems and priorities through user experiences and sector perspectives.
Working groups define the scope, method and expected outcome of priority questions together.
We evaluate perspectives against research, field experience and appropriately shared data.
Our aim is to share the results as reports, good practices, pilot concepts or recommendations.
Our Mission
Three common goals we want to address at the beginning. Each requires different sectors to look in the same question.
To explore how transportation options can be more useful and inclusive in different age, needs and regions.
To determine disputes between transportation, charging, payment and digital services; to develop common approaches for a more uninterrupted journey.
Support conversion in energy, technology and city infrastructure with concrete research, pilot design and shared recommendations.
Governance
Trust is set with clearly written rules. These principles are the same for all participants, including the founder.

Agenda is determined with participants. It is not dry according to the commercial interests of the company or the founder of the sector.
Information sharing and determination for each study is essential. In open group studies, sensitive information is not requested.
Mobility Alliance was founded by Spark Connect. It prepares the Spark Connect floor and is subject to the same rules with other participants on the table.
Mobility Alliance does not claim the authorization of resmî representation or editing on behalf of the sector; provides evidence-based contribution to policy processes.
